Plot: Blue is set in the breath taking sun soaked white sand beaches of Bahamas. Sagar (Sanjay Dutt) is an excellent deep sea diver who dreams of getting his own new boat someday while his friend Aarav (Akshay Kumar) is a rich arrogant businessman, whose ego is much larger than the big boats that he owns. The conflict between these two sparring friends is the conflict between the rich and the poor, between the moral and the immoral, between greed and honour...
Caught in between these two is Sagar's brother Sam (Zayed Khan) who has inadvertently managed to rankle a whole gang of mafia men. Now, these dangerous men are after him and Sagar is the only one who can help him. But to save his brother, Sagar has to wrestle with the ghost of his dead father... The only other person who is privy to Sagar's dilemma is Mona (Lara Dutta), his girlfriend. She is afraid that the secret that lies within the restless waters could destroy all their lives.
Plot: Rensil D’Silva’s Kurbaan is set against the backdrop of terrorism and the distortion of religion. Kareena Kapoor lives in the US but returns to Delhi when her father has a cardiac arrest. She meets Ehsaan (Saf Ali Khan) , a Delhi University Professor. They get married and move to the US.
It is not long before Kareena Kapoor realizes that she is a pawn in Ehsaan’s game. He turns out to be a terrorist who marries her in order to cover up his identity. Ehsaan keeps her under house arrest. Soon Kareena finds out that Ehsaan plans to hijack an aeroplane. One of the passengers on that plane is Vivek Oberoi, a journalist.
It is upto Kareena and Vivek to thwart Ehsaan’s plans.

Plot: Tum mile takes a calamity that hit Mumbai in 2005 monsoons and tries to recreate the horror that the deluge brought with it. The protagonists of the film, played by Emraan Hashmi and Soha Ali Khan, are stuck in the deluge as has the whole of the city.
Through their eyes the film tries to convey what people might have gone through in those dark damp days when time ceased to move. It takes a satirical view on the administration and its preparation before monsoon.
The movie was originally slated for release in June-July to coincide with the Mumbai floods anniversary. However, due to the producers’ strike, the release timelines have now shifted to 25th September.
